The CSDAA’s access to the Visitor Data is limited to authorised persons.
Under CSDAA policies new members have a 7 day cooling off period should they change their mind. During the cooling off period new members can advise the secretariat at associations@aigroup.com.au that they no longer wish to become a CSDAA member and the administrator will advise the executive committee of the cancellation. New members are advised on the application form of the cooling off period and in the email they receive after receipt of their application.

The joining fee will cover the cost of the administrators time in processing the application and then the cancellation.
